Yoga Alliance Professionals

My pretty face has been at the forefront of the Yoga Alliance Professionals recent advertising campaign for yoga teachers.

If you are a yoga teacher and still “sitting on the fence” about joining them, I would highly recommend you do and be supported helping others with your gift of yoga.

An interview with yoga alliance highlighting the importance of adapting yoga using a chair will be published in the March issue of Yoga Magazine – Don’t miss it!!

I have now completed my advanced Teacher Training in Adapting Yoga For Everybody. I am pretty proud of myself for competing this, it enables me to adapt practices to your needs or goals in a 1-to-1 or group setting.

For personal reasons I have stepped down from all active schools kids yoga classes except Broomhill School. I would like to extend my apologies to the parents and children that have been enjoying my classes.
I have also stepped down from teaching chair based yoga classes within Sport Aberdeen.
I still offer chair based yoga to Special Adults within Create in Aberdeen (Inchgarth and Airyhall) and the MS Society in Aberdeen (Aberdeen and Stonehaven).
